The technology was developed by the Beijing University of Chemical Technology Photopolymerization Technology Research Center and Jiangsu Boao Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and was appraised by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. The main indicators of the products are similar to those of the international similar products, and the high-impedance BM has exceeded Foreign products have reached the world's leading level.

According to the project leader and Professor Nie Jun from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, BM is a key material in LCD manufacturing, involving many technical problems, including oligomer structure design and screening, synthesis process determination and optimization, and active monomer screening and control. , color paste fineness control and stability, product formulation design and optimization. At present, the main international production enterprises are Japan TOK, Nippon Steel Chemical and Mitsubishi Chemical. There are no enterprises in China that can produce, and there is also a lack of sufficient technical personnel reserves and key equipment.

The main innovation of this technology is to break through the key technologies of BM material design and preparation, and complete the preparation of high-impedance BM and general-purpose BM. They have broken through the research on the influence of resin structure and molecular size and morphology on the development performance and resolution, the modified structure of carbon paste, the apparent morphology and the theoretical relationship between the preparation process and its stability and optical properties. The development of sensitivity and high-resolution sensitization system and nano-carbon slurry stabilization preparation technology completed the development of series BM materials.
