The total number of projects started this time is 14 with a total investment of 140.288 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 5.462 billion yuan. Among them, there are 3 provincial key projects with a total investment of 8.35 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 3.44 billion yuan.

The fifth-generation thin-film transistor liquid crystal display device project of Huarui Optoelectronics, a key project in Henan Province, is the largest investment project in the project. The total investment is 4 billion yuan, the annual investment target is 2.8 billion yuan, and the construction area is 500,000 square meters. Construction of production workshops, office buildings, research and development buildings and other supporting facilities.

According to the official website information, Henan Huarui Optoelectronic Industry Co., Ltd. is a modern service industry investment fund of Henan Province, Zhengzhou Guokong Industrial Development Investment Co., Ltd., Henan Xinggang Sunac Venture Capital Development Fund and Zhengzhou Bailifeng Technology Co., Ltd. The company and Sichuan Huajing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. jointly invested in a TFT LCD panel company in October 2017. The first phase will build the 5th generation TFT LCD panel production line project. The registered capital is 1.2 billion yuan and the investment scale is 4 billion yuan. It is a key project promoted by the Henan Provincial Government. The project design capacity is 1.2 million pieces/year (the size of the glass substrate is 1000mm X 1200mm), and the products are positioned in the fields of medium and low-sized smart terminals, smart homes, smart wearers and vehicles.
