Recently, the first domestic color flexible AMOLED display was successfully developed in Guangzhou Xinshijie Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Xinshijie Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is a research and development independent innovation high-tech enterprise jointly invested by Skyworth Group and South China University of Technology.
The flexible AMOLED display shows a size of 4.8 inches, a thickness of 100 microns, and a weight of less than 1g, enabling color video and image display. In 2011, New Vision Company developed a 7-inch color AMOLED display, and has developed transparent AMOLED and AMOLED display with touch function. The successfully developed color flexible AMOLED display uses polyimide (PI) as a flexible substrate, which incorporates the new TFT company's TFT backplane fabrication, film packaging, PI film preparation and stripping, IC paste in Ln-IZO. The latest research results in a series of processes and technologies.
Softer, lighter and more portable
