Sino-Singapore International announced that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinli Electronics, entered into a joint venture agreement with Renshou County People's Government, Ren Shou Shou Investment and Sichuan Ji'an Fund on the formation of a joint venture company in Renshou County, Meishan City, Sichuan Province, China.
