Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics 4.5-generation TFT LCD panel production line and color filter (CF) production line, the main project was officially closed at the end of December 2009, is expected to officially trial production by the end of this year.
Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics total investment of the project amounted to 4 billion yuan, is expected to put into operation, TFT LCD panel monthly volume will reach 30,000, color filter monthly output will reach 90,000, it is estimated that about a year to produce 20 million TFT LCD small and medium size panel.
Wuhan Tianma Microelectronics was established in November 2008, by the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Investment Company, Shenzhen Tianma microelectronics co-funded the establishment of its mainland China's Hubei LCD panel industry's largest single investment projects.
